10 pitted dates
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds soaked 1 hour
1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds soaked 1 hour
1/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup goji berries
1/4 cup raw cashews
1 tsp lemon zest or dried lemon peel
1 TBS raw almond butter
1/4 cup organic raisins
1 TBS maca powder
2 tsp flax meal
Flavor - 1/2 tsp lemon extract, orange extract, vanilla extract etc
Combine in food processor until well blended.
Press into glass dish and refrigerate.
Cut into cubes, or bars and enjoy!
